ORDERING
Where can I buy a Rosie Etienne dress?
Rosie Etienne pieces are available exclusively online at rosieetienne.com.
Please note: We kindly limit orders to three pieces to maintain availability and quality across each release. Orders placed separately to exceed this limit will be cancelled.
When can I place an order?
We open ordering twice a month for a limited window. Once this window closes, we focus entirely on production. If you miss a window, another will open in a couple of weeks.
Can I get notified when orders open?
Yes. Sign up on our website to receive notifications when the next ordering window opens.
How long before the wedding should I think about buying?
We recommend placing your order at least 4-6 months ahead of your event to ensure a seamless timeline.
Note: We are unable to expedite orders.
FIT & MEASUREMENTS
How do I prepare for the perfect fit?
Please follow our size guideline and have your Bust, Waist, and Hip measurements ready.
What if I need help with measurements?
To avoid missing the order window, consult our Measurement Concierge at hello@rosieetienne.com before the window opens.
Note: We cannot reserve dresses.
Can I customize my order?
At this time, we do not offer customizations.
CARE & MAINTAINANCE
How should I care for my dress?
For heavily embroidered or embellished styles: Store your dress flat or carefully folded. Please avoid hanging. For cleaning, gently spot clean from the inside.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
How are Rosie Etienne pieces made?
Every piece is made to order, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
What’s the production and delivery lead time?
Production lead times range from 4–12 weeks, depending on the intricacy of your piece. Your estimated delivery date will be confirmed at checkout. If you need to check your timeframe before ordering, please email.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes to size, style, or shipping address must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Please verify all details before completing your order. We cannot accept any changes after 24 hours.
Please note: we cannot make cross-country address changes.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or post office locations?
We are only able to ship to residential addresses and cannot deliver to PO Boxes or post office locations.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to a wide range of international destinations. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your region, please email hello@rosieetienne.com.
US and UK orders arrive with no customs fees.
For all other locations, any applicable duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
How can I track my order?
Once your dress has completed production and is on its
way, you will receive tracking details via email so you can follow its journey.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the piece is unworn and in its original packaging.
Please note we are unable to offer exchanges.
Please allow 10 business days after delivery for refund processing.
